- Delivery Timeline: Service milestones and deliverables are outlined in the project agreement. Typical timelines depend on the complexity and scope of the project but are communicated clearly during the onboarding process.
- Service Updates: Regular updates are shared with clients, ensuring visibility into the progress of deliverables and milestones.
- No Physical Shipping: All our services are delivered digitally, eliminating the need for physical shipping or handling fees.
Refund Policy
Site Speed Coder provides non-tangible, irrevocable services, and refunds are not offered once the initial 30 days of the project are complete. The project start date is defined as the date of the first payment received.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases within the first 30 days. To request a refund, please email info@sitespeedcoder.com. Refunds requested after this period will not be processed.

Shipping or Delivery Policy
Since Site Speed Coder exclusively provides digital services, there are no physical goods to ship. All deliverables, such as optimization reports and performance data, are sent electronically to the contact email or secure platform specified during onboarding.
